01 Tư vấn điều phối quốc gia, đảm bảo chất lượng và gia hạn dự án SAP giai đoạn II (A national consultant for coordination, quality assurance and extension of SAP II project)

Để đảm bảo triển khai kịp thời, hiệu quả các hoạt động trong kế hoạch năm 2020 và tuân thủ các quy định quản lý vốn ODA của Chính phủ và UNDP, cũng như tối đa hóa giá trị gia tăng của các hoạt động hỗ trợ kỹ thuật theo yêu cầu của cả cơ quan tài trợ và cơ quan thụ hưởng, đảm bảo việc rà soát, phê duyệt văn kiện dự án mở rộng SAP-II đến cuối năm 2021 kịp thời, hiệu quả, tuân thủ các quy định quản lý vốn ODA của Chính phủ và UNDP , dự án SAP-II phối hợp với Cục Bảo trợ xã hội, Bộ LĐTBXH thực hiện tuyển dụng 01 Tư vấn điều phối quốc gia, đảm bảo chất lượng và gia hạn dự án SAP giai đoạn II. Hạn chót: Trước 16:00 giờ, ngày 7 tháng 9 năm 2020 ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************* The Project on “Support to the improvement of social assistance – phase II, for the period of 2017 – 2020” (SAP II) which is supported by UNDP to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies to implement the Decision No. 488/QD-TTg dated on 14th April 2017 by the Prime Minister on approval of the Master-plan on social assistance reform and development in period of 2016-2025 and vision till 2030 (MPSARD). To ensure timely and effective implementation of activities in 2020 work-plan and in compliance with the administrative regulations on ODA management of Government and UNDP, as well as maximine the added value of technical assistance activities as required by both sponsored and beneficiary agencies and ensure timely and effective revison and approval of the extended project document of SAP-II till end of 2021 in compliance with the administrative regulations on ODA management of Government and UNDP , SAP-II has been collaborating with the Department of Social Assistance (DSA), Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) to recruit a national consultant for coordination, quality assurance and extension of SAP II project.
