Position Title: | Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Research (MERL) Intern |

Reporting To: | Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Research Manager |

Cowater is recruiting a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Research (MERL) Intern to support Aus4Equality/Gender Responsive Equitable Agriculture and Tourism (GREAT) Program in Vietnam. The Program seeks to promote women’s economic empowerment (WEE) in the ethnically diverse north-west region of Vietnam. The primary beneficiaries are women living in the provinces of Son La and Lao Cai with a focus on economic inclusion for of women from ethnic minority communities. Statement of Duty: |
The MERL Intern will work under the supervision of the MERL Manager. The MERL Intern will contribute along with the MERL team to effectively implement the MERL Framework. This includes assisting MERL activities to generate evidence used for reporting. communication and knowledge dissemination and supporting quality check of relevant MERL products, conducting data cleaning, data analysis and data quality assessments. |
Specific Duties: | Upon guidance of the MERL Manager (or MERL team member upon MERL Manager’s coordination), to provide assistance to MERL Manager and MERL team members in the following activities:
