JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Be a high caliber of capability and management skill

• Previous experience in safety and rainwear is not essential but an advantage

• English is also an advantage but not necessary

• Good understanding of garments and manufacturing

• Good planning skills, a good network of sub con factories and suppliers is also preferable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work with Production & IE team to make the Master production plan

• Make work plan, handle PPIC works to ensure the production plan is matched with demand and organize Warehouse works to ensure the efficiency of incoming and outgoing material (raw material & packaging material)

• Analyze production plan by calculating the data of demand, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other matters having significant impact to ensure the production runs timely and accurately matched with demand

• Meet materials requirements, manage material flow, and to plan and prevent factory and warehouse shortages and stock outs while managing and minimizing inventory investment to achieve total cost goals

• Directs transfer of materials to meet production schedules and shipping schedules

• Supervises the raw material available and consumption; generates monthly inventory report
