The Support Officer will provide support to the GEHSP Deployment Manager in identifying and onboarding humanitarian standby surge (HSS), humanitarian general surge (HGS) and technical expert (TE) staff from within Save the Children. The Support Officer will also support the delivery of the Save the Children Humanitarian Intermediate Program (SHIP) and will help establish effective linkages between course completion and sign up to the GEHSP.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
Experience supporting capacity building initiatives and/or with recruitment and onboarding of staff highly desirable; familarity with MS; can-do attitude; and, be a team worker.
