WWF was one of the first International non-government organizations working in Vietnam. In 1985, WWF began working on a national conservation strategy and since then has worked closely with the Vietnamese Government on a diverse range of environment issues and implemented field activities across the country. We are looking for a committed, result-driven candidate for the position of Office & Government Relations Coordinator, based in Ha Noi, Viet Nam.

Major Functions:

The Office & Government Relations Coordinator supports the Administration and Relations Head in providing high-quality operation support of the diversified office management and building a good relationship with Government agencies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields;
Experience in related operation position with strong coordination skills;
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative;
Promptly responds to requests with accuracy and a courteous demeanor;
Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with staff, partners, and the community, including difficult and emotional situations.
