Marketing Officer (Tổng Lãnh Sự Quán Malaysia)

📌Job and responsibility:

1. Implementation of Marketing and Promotion Activities Education Office Education Malaysia (EM) Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC)

• It is helping implement a marketing / promotional activities such as the organization of the Malaysian education/ participation Education Exhibition/ Conference/ Semina/ Workshop on Education in Vietnam and HCMC EM Office coverage area such as Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Thailand.
• To assist the participation of Public Universities (UA), Educational Institutions (IPTA) private institutions of higher learning (IPTS), and recruitment agencies in program/ promotional activities of Malaysian higher education in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office.
• Helping implement the program "edu-tourism" with joint ventures between public and private agencies in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office.
• To assist the recognition of courses of study visit / training programs conducted by the Malaysian higher education institutions with higher education institutions in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office.
• Helps to obtain and provide information about the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education under the basic education and human resource development planning in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office, to help public and private institutions offering courses of study in an appropriate and relevant.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis of marketing approach higher education promotion activities of other countries as a reference for the design / improvement program marketing and promotional activities office EM HCMC.

2. Procurement and Information Provision of Higher Education for Marketing and Promotion Activities Program of Higher Education Office EM HCMC

• To assist the Malaysian higher education publishing information whether in print or multimedia materials about the courses of study offered by public and private institutions in Malaysia for marketing and promotion of Malaysian higher education in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office.
• Helps manage the supply of higher education information and exhibition equipment marketing and promotion of higher education in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office from time to time.
• Helps maintain and update information WEB EM HCMC office for marketing and promotion of higher education in Malaysia.

3. Higher Education Exhibition Management Office EM HCMC in Vietnam and its coverage area.

•  To assist in the preparation of the Office of HCMC EM marketing programs and promotional activities of higher education in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office.
• Help find and identify the place / location of potential in Vietnam and
• HCMC EM coverage area office for the implementation of marketing programs and promotional activities of Malaysian higher education. Helping to disseminate information education fairs in Vietnam and
• HCMC EM coverage area office to educational institutions in Malaysia. Helps provide feedback and analysis report showing the impact of the effectiveness of EM HCMC Department of Education as a reference for improvement in the future.

4. Management of Student Affairs and Student Vietnam coverage area EM HCMC Office to study in Malaysia.

• Helping manage student applications from Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office to enter UA, public and private universities in Malaysia.
• Helps manage the application of scholarships offered by the agency Malaysia for students in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office. Helps manage discussions and consultations between the UA, with public and private institutions interested students through seminars 

5. Management Promotion Office of Higher Education Office EM HCMC

• Manage the correspondence / invitations / invitations and other affairs of the Office of Higher Education Promotion Office EM HCMC.
• Maintain and follow up on inquiries and requests from readers / users of social sites EM Office HCMC.
• To maintain and safeguard the supply of office equipment and supplies related to the promotion of EM HCMC Office from time to time.

6. Information management UA, universities, colleges, and Alumni Recruitment Agency with Higher Education Institutions in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area Office

• Helps manage working visit / friendly visits to educational institutions, government departments and ministries in Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office to explain about higher education opportunities in Malaysia.
• Helps manage meetings, public universities, private universities, recruitment agencies and educational institutions alumni with Vietnam and HCMC EM coverage area office.

📌Successful candidates, should at minimum, possess the following capabilities:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Communication/Event Management
• Ability to communicate and preparing report in English
• Basic knowledge of Malaysia
• Willing to work on weekend and travelling
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality and self-motivation
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Good physical health
• Vietnamese citizen only
• No criminal record
