Save Vietnam’s Wildlife (SVW) is a Vietnamese non-profit organization, established out of the urgent need for a more effective solution to ensure the future of wildlife in Vietnam. Since its establishment, the center has made significant contributions to conservation in Vietnam through animal rescue and care, law enforcement and advocacy, as well as public awareness raising on the importance of protecting biodiversity.Detail Informations:

Project Description:
This year, SVW will launch the campaign “Ending Illegal Wildlife Use in Vietnam.” Our goal is to raise public awareness of the importance of wildlife and the consequences of using and consuming wildlife products. Accompanying the social media campaign is a mobile nature exhibition model called "Nature On Wheels" (NOW!). NOW! will reach out to the community through 3 buses transformed into an interactive art exhibition space. Through experiencing the natural space using virtual reality technology and learning about information surrounding the problem of illegal consumption of wildlife products, visitors will better understand why we need to act now to protect wildlife values in Vietnam.Job Description:
1. Develop and implement communication activities of the Mobile Nature Exhibition project (Exhibition):- Closely coordinate with program coordinators and program officers in developing and implementing the project's communication strategy.
- Support planning, management, development, and editing of content on the project's communication platforms (Facebook, Website, Instagram, Tiktok) to reach and interact with many target groups.
- Support designing communication publications, filming, and taking photos at events; ensure that the project's communication products are used for the right purposes for information sharing.
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with communication partners, campaign ambassadors, collaborators/volunteers (CTV/TNV)
- Synthesize the project's communication results to report and evaluate the project.
- Search, train, and coordinate the Volunteer Group to support the operation of the Exhibition.
- Work with Universities and Colleges to provide professional advice to support the establishment of Wildlife Conservation Clubs.
- Support contact and work directly with state agencies, local partners such as schools, agencies, and businesses to discuss organization plans and bring the Mobile Nature Exhibition model to these locations.
- Work with service providers and coordinate to effectively implement the preparation and logistics for Mobile Nature Exhibition events at locations and other events within the program framework.
- Ensure effective logistics, operation, management of 3 buses and accompanying equipment at the locations.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing websites, social networks and planning online communications, especially campaign communications.
- Experience in coordinating and training volunteers, possibly in extracurricular activities or volunteer activities, social projects.
- Experience in participating in event organization, including: planning, logistics, contacting permission, operation, etc.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, flexible, with a high sense of responsibility.
- Friendly, approachable, with good communication skills at work.
- Communicate promptly when problems arise.
- Ensure and comply with requirements on work progress and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Willing to work outside of office hours: weekends, holidays.
Priority is given to candidates who:
- Have skills and understanding of multimedia communication tools such as photography, filming, film editing, editing, image design, content synthesis and editing.
- Have connections with Student Associations of Universities, Colleges, press, media units, KOLs, etc.
- Have an interest in the topic of nature and wildlife, social projects.
