About the Role
The intern will practice and learn administrative and accounting skills, along with the daily work processes of accountants, finance personnel, administrative staff, and program officers/assistants. The intern will support the finance, admin, and program teams, including managing daily payment processes and participating in project activities (such as events, training sessions, and workshops) under the supervision of the Senior Program Assistant.

Proposed Activities
- Pre-review documents submitted by staff, consultants, and partners (e.g., travel expenses, meeting/training/workshop expenses, purchase orders, sales contracts). Scan and upload these to shared drives.
- Rearrange and pre-review financial supporting invoices/receipts against financial reports submitted by partners for easy tracking.
- Support the admin/PA team in organizing project workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Assist the admin and finance teams with project implementation activities.
- Provide translation and interpretation as needed.
- Provide other administrative and financial support as required.
Internship Duration: 6 months
Estimated Weekly Hours: Full-time
Eligibility
- Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Vietnam.
- Candidates must be final-year students or recent graduates (under 1 year).
