- Excellent physical condition
- Possession of a valid automobile driving license and ability to drive using manual transmission
- Ability to cope with physical hardship and willingness to work extra hours and in an environment with limited infrastructure

- Demonstrable interpersonal skills and documented experience in negotiations
- Depending on the field activity's mandate, significant prior experience in relevant fields such as international customs practices and procedures, law enforcement, and military observations and arms control may also be required
- Negotiating experience, preferably in the area of monitoring operations and/or related activities
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in Request for Information (RFI) process of military or civilian organization and conflict-related subjects;
- Experience in design and implementation of information repository site upgrades;
- Experience in operational planning;
- Thorough understanding of all documents in the RFI Tracker and library;
- Demonstrated strong organizational and communications skills;
- Ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment; ability to cope with physical hardship and willingness to work extra hours and in an environment with limited infrastructure; proven resilience to high stress environments;
- Proven ability and willingness to work in a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
- Proven ability to work in a hierarchical structure, abiding and complying by existing regulations;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, counterparts and external partners and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals;
- Cultural sensitivity and political judgement;
- Willingness to travel to conflict area;
- Professional fluency in the English language, both oral and written;
- Ability to operate Windows applications including word processing, PowerPoint, Access and email.
- Working knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian language(s);
- Experience in using imagery exploitation software;
- Previous experience in working with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs);
- Experience in working in international organizations;
- Familiarity with OSCE policies, procedures, practices and organizational structure;
- Experience in liaising with international partners on imagery data and exchange information;
- Experience in working in Eastern Europe and/or knowledge of the region.
