Context:
Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer and the direct supervision of the Senior Migration Health Physician, the Medical Programme Assistant will be responsible for the processing of medical files for migrants undergoing medical examination for various health assessment programmes.
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for medical examination;
- Perform the registration of migrants for medical examination following Standard
Required Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Medicine from an accredited academic institution with at least two years of professional work experience. Masters or Equivalent or Higher, work experience is not mandatory;
- Valid license to practice within country is mandatory;
- Experience in immigration medical screening or international public health preferred;
- Computer literate, excellent communication, capacity for independent work.
Languages
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.

- Appointment will be subject to certification that the candidate is medically fit for appointment and verification of residency, visa and authorizations by the concerned Government, where applicable.
- Only candidates residing in the country will be considered. A prerequisite for taking up the position is legal residency and work permit, as applicable.
