Animals Asia, an international animal charity, is devoted to ending the barbaric practice of bear bile farming and improving the welfare of animals in China and Vietnam. We promote compassion and respect for all animals and work to bring about long-term change.

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate to join our Education team. The position will be based at our Vietnam Bear Rescue Centre (VBRC) in Tam Dao National Park, Vinh Phuc province. Candidates will be provided opportunities to practice their creativity and expose to different levels of social interaction.

Position: Education Intern
Location: Tam Dao National Park, Km13, Ho Son, Tam Dao, Vinh Phuc Province.
Type: Full time five (5) days a week with some weekend work applicable.
Term: Three months and renewable.
Internship Allowance: $150 USD per month.

Position Description: The intern will assist Education team with multi-task onsite including:

Be a part of Education team, take responsibilities to provide overall logistical work
To add and update education materials
To provide local/international visitors educational tour to raise their awareness on bear protection
To raise awareness for students on animal protection via talks at schools, communities or holding education events
To manage and maintain herb garden with herbal alternatives to bear bile
To collect and update bear pictures and give support to communication work
To support other works as required
