Consultant to Conduct Evaluation for Adoptioncentrum’s project, and partner’s capacity assessment and analysis in Yen Bai province

Adoptionscentrum, is a small non-governmental child-rights organization of Sweden which has been consistently and actively operating for 50 years. In Vietnam, we are in partnership with our local partners, Women Union and a community based organization, to implement the projects across the country in the child rights sector.

At present, Adoptionscentrum is looking for experienced and qualified Consultant to conduct the project’s evaluation and partner’s capacity assessment in Yen Bai province, Vietnam. Please refer to the attached TOR for more details.
