Position Profile
The Secretary to the President is based in Hanoi, Vietnam and reports directly to the President.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the President including preparing correspondence, reports, and other materials;
- Setup President’s travel arrangements;
- Setup and coordinate meeting s and conferences;
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes;
- Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner (in absence of the receptionist);
- Meet and greet clients and visitors;
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing;
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required

At least 3 years of experience in similar position

Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work effectively in a team

Strong written and spoken English
-
Good Vietnamese communication skills
-
Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office applications
