Summary
The Vietnam Red Cross Society seeks an enthusiastic Intern to support VNRC’s daily work at the External Relation and Development Department.
The position will be based in the VNRC’s office at 82 Nguyen Du, Hanoi and will require travel to field sites in the different project provinces if needed (but not frequent). The Intern will report to the VNRC’s Officers. The contract is flexible full-time for 1 to 3-months duration.
Responsibilities
● Provide support in translation from Vietnamese to English and vice versa for project documents and in training/workshop.
● Provide support in taking minutes both in Vietnamese and English.
● Provide logistic supports for project workshop/events.
● Support other tasks under VNRC’s projects as assigned.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or Undergraduated degree.
● Proven record of effective teamwork with positive attitude.
● Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and fluency in Vietnamese.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), good knowledge of Google tools (Calendars, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms…), photoshop and video making skill is a plus.
● Knowledge of tools, training materials and activity content not essential but is preferred.
