B-200903) The consultancy’s overall objective is to building critical analysis and recommendation in order to strengthen institutional capacity for Vietnam in AS and IAS management in long-term, focusing on addressing the gaps and adherence of the current regulations to be more systematic and consistent, that enable prevention of irreversible threats and impacts to the country’s biodiversity and ecosystems and development.
