We are looking for Vietnamese national for:
- Vacancy: Admin & Logistics Consultant
- Location: Hanoi
Main Responsibilities:
- Assists to submit documents to extend Visa and Work Permit to International Staff
- The Consultant will be the focal person who will follow up with the approval for Workshop Permit Support for Asia Regional Supply Chain conference and SHIP conference as well as Visitors’ visas from PACCOM and make sure the logistics will be well prepared and run smoothly
- Disseminates the visa results to International Visitors and help them if any clarification needed
- Supports the organization and logistics for all workshops and meetings requested inside and outside the office
- Assists in obtaining all authorizations and documents required for liquidation sale of motorbikes and cars
- Support the stock inventory and asset management in Hanoi Country Office and Field Offices
- Ensures timely and proper logistics arrangements are made for the mentioned above tasks
- Process other works as required by the Admin and Supply Chain Manager
Key Competencies:
- 4 years in work experience in administration field, 2 working years with NGO is preferable
- Good English written and verbal skills
- Computer literacy
- Good problem solving, negotiating and mediation skills
- Ability to establish priorities and plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of work activities
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documents and to prepare written reports, conclusions, and recommendations
