ABOUT OPERATION SMILE INC. IN VIETNAM

Operation Smile Vietnam is part of a global alliance of Operation Smile Foundations and Resource Chapters dedicated to providing free treatment to children and adults suffering from cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities. Besides, we also conduct Dental missions, Cranio facial, and micro surgeries with thousands of children receive new smile each year. For three decades operating in Vietnam, Operation Smile has been bringing hope to desperate Vietnamese children and their families, we are changing lives one smile at a time.

We are looking for qualified and self-motivated Vietnamese candidates apply to the Internship Program 2019-20 of Operation Smile Inc. in Vietnam

This Internship Program at OSV is expected: t bring the Interns an experience of a real working environment with chances to be a part of a great team that brings a better life and hope to disadvantaged children in Vietnam.

• The Intern will join our Operations Department of the Office in Hanoi as an Admin & Receptionist for a period of 4-5 months till end of December 2019.
• She/he will be trained and reported to Finance & Operations Director.
• The Intern will work fulltime with allowance for office lunches & ground transportation to/from office, Monday – Friday at 8:30AM – 5:30PM.

Vietnamese citizen, just graduated from College/University or being graduated within 6 months (can arrange your time to complete your assignments without interruption of the Internship Commitment) at relevant major that can explain how you can contribute and/or fit to the position;

• Good skills in MS Office for daily tasks (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Have time management skills and knowledge in photograph, event organizing;
• Confident in English and Vietnamese communication (both oral and written).
• Proactive, responsible and details oriented with constructive mindset;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team;
