PROJECT INFORMATION
The IGNITE Initiative unleashes the power of women entrepreneurs in major urban and periurban centers of Vietnam. It increases their access to finance, technology, information, and entrepreneurial networks through collaboration among financial service providers (FSPs), business accelerators, and NGO partners. - Objective 1: Women entrepreneurs are connected to FSPs and have full access to financial services, particularly credit (with the support of implementing partner VPBank and Canal Circle) - Objective 2: Women entrepreneurs are supported with knowledge and skills to run effective businesses (with the support of implementing partner WISE) - Objective 3: Entrepreneurial networks supporting women entrepreneurs are strengthened and become more accessible. An important key component of IGNITE is the digital outreach campaign. The purpose of this campaign is to (i) engage IGNITE’s direct beneficiaries (meaning strivers – or female business owners of small, medium, and micro enterprises in urban and peri-urban areas of Vietnam); (ii) challenge the social norms and raise people’s awareness about women doing business; and (iii) pool entrepreneurs other than strivers to CARE’s network to raise their awareness about IGNITE and other CARE’s works. SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFIC RESULTS CVN is looking for a full-service agency who should be creative and experienced in leading digital outreach campaign targeting female entrepreneurs. The agency team can be Vietnam national or international professional with relevant education and working experience. Required attributes: a. Proven capacity and extensive experience in digital campaign management and conduct of creative/viral content, production, evaluations, including strong analytical skills and experience in designing and implementing campaign for social awareness raising and behaviors changing. b. Basic awareness of gender issues, gender sensitivity in business in Vietnam c. Experience with social media monitoring and evaluation d. Demonstrated written communication skills including ability to communicate complex concepts in plain English and develop relevant, useful recommendations Preferred attributes: e. Experience with the Vietnamese development sector/NGOs context f.
