📌GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Duty station: Ha Noi, Viet Nam.
- Job Schedule: Full time.
- Required Languages: English and Vietnamese.

📌RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide project planning and implementation support to on-going and future interventions;
- Support in initiating and delivering comprehensive communications and knowledge management activities; and
- Assist with additional responsibilities for all projects under the Biodiversity Portfolio.
📌REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Secondary education is required.
- Minimum of 3 years (with high school diploma) of relevant experience in communications and/or project implementation support is required
Required skills:
- Experience supporting the implementation of development project/program funded by multilateral/ bilateral donors in environment/ natural resources/ biodiversity conservation.
- Experience supporting the development of proposals/ TORs/ procurement contracts/ M&E documents.
- Experience in developing communications contents and knowledge management products, preferably within the environmental sector.
- Experience in using social media platforms (e.g. FB, Tik Tok, X) and digital communications tools (e.g. Canva).
Desired skills:
- A university degree in international relations, environmental studies, environmental management or related field is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work as team member in a multicultural environment is an asset.
- Good command of computers, office software package, and web-based management systems (especially database management) is desired.
- Experience working with international organizations or NGOs is an asset.
