Business Development Manager

Vietnam Institute of Director (VIOD) is looking to appoint a full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) to foster the day-to-day promotion activities and plans of the Institute’s development.

Based on VIOD’s mission, vision and strategy approved by VIOD’s Board of Directors, the (BDM) will support the CEO and the Board in driving the successful implementation of business strategy and securing VIOD’s sustainability. His/Her role is to create high performance and ethical culture, oversee the efficiency of day-to-day promotion and PR activities and events, develop workflows, process, people, partnership system and any other necessary resources.

At the management level of VIOD, he/she needs to ensure the Institute operates and thrive with the highest standards of governance, ethics, conduct. He/she needs to take necessary steps to help build and maintain the Institutes reputation of quality and excellence. At all times, the BDM must uphold the highest standards of conduct, integrity and business ethics in his/her role and at VIOD.

VIOD closely collaborates and partners with the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) and Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

VIOD is governed by a Board of Directors composed of a diverse group of business leaders representing the private sector, including investment funds, international legal and accounting firms and board members of well-known companies.
