Dear potential partner,
Please see the attached Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to support the implementation of DAI’s INVEST project. DAI invites firms to submit Expressions of Interest for concepts from clean energy developers in the Vietnamese power sector, based in the US and in the Southeast Asian region, in order to shortlist renewable energy projects to receive technical assistance from USAID. INVEST will subcontract customized services on behalf of the developer and/or investor for the renewable energy project(s) presented in their EOI response.
Please note this is an amended version of the Expression of Interest that INVEST released in July 2020. All Offerors who submitted a response to the initial solicitation should review this document and provide an updated submission per the instructions. The instructions have been clarified from the July 2020 version and there will two opportunities for firms to ask questions (written Q&A submission and virtual Q&A session).
Written questions must be submitted no later than 2:00 AM ICT on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 (2:00 PM EST on Monday, December 14, 2020) via email to INVEST_Procurement@dai.com. INVEST will also host a virtual Q&A session, simultaneously translated in English and Vietnamese on December 22, 2020 at 8:00am ICT (December 21 at 8:00pm EST). If you would like to join the Q&A session, please send your contact information to INVEST_Procurement@dai.com and VuAnh_Pham@dai.com.
Expressions of Interest must be submitted no later than 2:00 AM ICT on Saturday, January 16, 2021 (2:00 PM EST on Friday, January 15, 2021) via email to INVEST_Procurement@dai.com, copying Matthew_Mitchell@dai.com and Carly_Gorelick@dai.com. Proposals must be in English. Please limit file submissions to 10 megabytes or less.
