The Global Expertise and Humanitarian Surge Platform is looking for a resilient, top notch humanitarian professional in the field of cash transfer programming to join our team as a Cash and Voucher Assistance Adviser – Humanitarian Surge Team.
The ideal candidate should have extensive prior experience in setting direction and getting a cash transfer programme started in a complex, intense emergency response, and an experience in senior level representation.
The role requires proven experience in leading and managing big cash programme, working with multi-sectoral and multi-national teams; remotely and on the grounds, and managing multi-donor and multi-site programmes.
The incumbent must be proficient in French in addition to English. Other languages i.e. Spanish, Arabic is desirable.
