- Liaising and providing support to all relevant stakeholders (UNICEF, SCI, implementing partners at national and subnational levels in coordinating inputs in the design and planning of the project activities and WPs; communicating with relevant implementing partners to minimize duplication and on issues such as change in schedule dates, changes in the project's requirements, unexpected hitches etc.
- Monitoring the implementation of activities, all deliverables and objectives listed in the WPs; monitoring all events set forth in the project monitoring schedule plan, and update the plan as required;
- Facilitating, coordinating and assisting accurate and timely submission of quarterly activity progress reports and financial reports to UNICEF and SCI; monitoring and pre-reviewing reports to ensure that reports submitted by implementing partners to UNICEF and SCI are according to relevant guidelines issued by Project Management Unit, TORs, concept notes; drafting progress and donor reports.
- Conducting monitoring activities per UNICEF policies; documenting project related lessons, best practices and success stories; collecting and compiling required information for project implementation, monitoring and evaluation; ensuring that all supporting documents are maintained; an orderly filing system is in place; and taking meeting and workshop minutes;
- Providing administrative and logistical support to project activities and personnel when required including arranging and attending meetings, donor visits, and field trips when required;
- Any other tasks deemed necessary to achieve the project objectives according to the request of the Child Protection Specialist.
- Master's Degree in relevant fields plus 3 years of relevant professional experience; or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields plus 5 years of relevant professional experience;
- At least 3 years working experience in project management in the development context;
- Experience in development of management plans;
- Experience in documenting success stories, lessons learnt and best practices;
- Experience in working with UN agencies and NGOs is desirable.

- Vietnamese(Mandatory), Level - Fluent
- Good management and coordination skills as an asset;
- Excellent communication, facilitation and organization skills;
- Ability to follow deadlines, accuracy and attention to details;
- Ability to work under tight timelines;
- Fully proficient computer skills, including use of relevant software and other applications, e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, internal databases;
- Willingness to participate in field activities in the project areas.
