- Job title: Communication Executive & Researcher
- Reports to: The Communication Executive & Researcher will report to Regional Development Officer Job Overview: (Work from Home cum office)
- Negotiation Salary
Primary responsibilities
- Operate a Hotline (or Helpline no.) for workers in supply chain factories.
- Provide online support for counseling, psychological, and labour communication for workers.
- Provide monthly feedback reports on hotline cases and perform related data analysis.
- Visit factory twice a year to interact with workers and promote the helpline number.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with Inno's stakeholders, especially across Vietnam, and maintain and build new relationships.
- Understand the trend in the non-profit area in labor and other community development issues in Inno's focus.
- Start the clearing house or self-implementation for projects or partnerships with Inno's stakeholders and local partner organizations.
- Participate in or organize conferences that help Inno deliver more impact to the communities.
Impact Communication
- To deliver research papers, blog articles, and any communication material to convey Inno’s value.
- To coordinate with our project site and implement site promotion for Inno's project, especially in a labor-intense workplace.
Qualifications
- Knowledge: Graduate or a Post Graduate in Social work or Humanities preferably.
- Language ability: Vietnamese and English.
- Skill(s) required: MS Office and Excel.
- Work Experience: Fresher or 1 or 2 years experience in the social sector preferably working with local communities.
