Communication executive

TERMS OF REFERENCE Communications Executive Are you interested in a position that will make a difference in your life and the lives of others? The Dariu Foundation is a Swiss non-profit organization working in Vietnam for more than 15 years, with a mission to empower low-income families via education. At the present, The Dariu Foundation is implementing programs of computing and coding skill training via mobile schools, granting scholarships to the most disadvantaged students, vocational training and building kindergartens in Vietnam. TDF in Vietnam is looking for a qualified Vietnamese to fill in Communications Executive. Duty station: This position will be based in HCMC office. Duties and Responsibilities: Communications Executive reports directly to the General Manager  XE "Team Leader" and coordinates her/his activities with him. Her/his function includes but is not restricted to the following duties: ·         Responsible for TDF website and social media (Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn....). ·         Responsible for writing contents and photos and videos to publish on appropriate media channels of publicity materials (printed and online) to support TDF activities including fundraising, maintaining interest from donors, other program events. ·         Involve in developing and managing TDF online learning channels. ·         Provide inputs and execute all event action planning as specified by General Manager. ·         Design and use proper surveys, assessments, and statistical reports to measure the effectiveness of communication activities. ·         Directly plan, orchestrate or join in the communication campaign for specific events (before and/or after events) to drive the expected participants and maximize their visibility or impact. ·         Assist to plan and execute posts that serve recruitment and internal programs including newsletter, annual retreat and parties, internal advertisements, and other events on special occasions like mid-autumn festival, Xmas, Tet, Children’s day, etc., in close collaboration with Human Resources team. ·         Perform other tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Required: ·         University degree in marketing, business or related area. ·         At least 2+ years of experience in a similar position. ·         Excellent verbal and written English & Vietnamese communication skills. ·         Demonstrated skills in using social media and website ·         Have ability to use tools for image and video editing ·         Enthusiastic, creative, persuasive, organized, and able to multi-tasks. ·         Strong interpersonal and networking skills.   Only short-listed candidates will be contacted by TDF.
