CASED | VACANCY Communications Intern

Responding to the growing demand for high-quality training in Big Data, Data Science, Data Analysis from academia (college students, lecturers, and researchers in the field of economics, finance, and business administration) as well as private sectors (businesses), the Center for Advanced Studies in Economics and Data Science (CASED) was officially established under the Development and Policies Research Center (DEPOCEN). CASED is directed by Professor Le Van Cuong (from the French National Center for Scientific Research).

CASED is currently seeking applicants for the position of a Communications Intern.

Location: Hanoi Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities

The Communications Intern will serve as an implementor of CASED’s admission and communications activities. She/he will be in charge of the following primary responsibilities:

• Execute communications activities to leverage CASED branding through organizing traning courses, workshops, events, etc.;
• Execute communications activities according to the admission and marketing plans of the training courses;
• Create contents and design visuals on Facebook pages of CASED to circulate information;
• Support management of social media channels of CASED, including Facebook pages, groups, Youtube, Website, Email;
• Support in organizing training course on-site in Hanoi and online via Zoom;
• Provide support in management of courses and students’ database;
•  Perform other communications task of CASED and DEPOCEN when required by the management board.

Qualifications

• 4th-year university student in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other relevant degrees;
• Experience in executing communications activities
• Experience in content writing and simple graphic design;
• Proactive, willing to take initiatives, and have a creative approach to communications;
• Good command of English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written).

Starting date: January 2022
