Communications Intern/ Thực tập sinh Truyền thông (ChildFund Vietnam)

International NGO - ChildFund Vietnam is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Communications Intern (unpaid).

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Job title: Communications Intern; Effective date: ASAP; Department: Public Affairs Department; Location: Hanoi; Reports to: Head of Public Affairs.

2. MAIN DUTIES

Support the Communications team to:

• Source, edit/author a range of media engagement content;
• Design simple communications products;
• Translate communications related documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa;
• Aid in internal communication activities;
• Support with event organising;
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager;

3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• College/University in the relevant field of recruitment position
• Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
• Good computer literacy;
• Good knowledge of content writing and design (this will be tested)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (especially Ai, Id, Pr) preferred

5. WORK LOCATION & TIME

•  level 5, Vinafor building, 127 Lo Duc, Ha Ba Trung district, Hanoi.
• Work onsite from Monday to Friday (8:30.A.M-5.P.M) and possible to work from home 1 day per week.
