International NGO - ChildFund Vietnam is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Communications Intern (unpaid).
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Job title: Communications Intern; Effective date: ASAP; Department: Public Affairs Department; Location: Hanoi; Reports to: Head of Public Affairs.
2. MAIN DUTIES
Support the Communications team to:
- Source, edit/author a range of media engagement content;
- Design simple communications products;
- Translate communications related documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa;
- Aid in internal communication activities;
- Support with event organising;
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager;
3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- College/University in the relevant field of recruitment position
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
- Good computer literacy;
- Good knowledge of content writing and design (this will be tested)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (especially Ai, Id, Pr) preferred

5. WORK LOCATION & TIME

- Work onsite from Monday to Friday (8:30.A.M-5.P.M) and possible to work from home 1 day per week.
