Title of the consultancy: Communication Campaign 2021 for BAMI Project
Period: March – Nov 2021

General information Title of the consultancy: Communication Campaign 2021 for BAMI project Contracting Authority: VVOB Duration: March - Nov 2021 Place/location: While meeting with VVOB can be done via online, operations might take in different places depending on communication and proposed plans. Supervision: Tran Tin Thanh The consultant is expected to deliver:

A communication campaign to deliver the Communication objectives in the section 3.1 to the mentioned target audiences. The communication campaign would include at least the following components: (1) clear proposed communication strategies and cooperation and implementation plan, (2) communication products to produce, (3) dissemination strategies, (4) and budget breakdown.
Channels for communication should be mainstreamed and have advocacy impacts on educational policies and educational practices in Vietnam. VVOB strongly recommends, but does not limited to, the following channels: VTV broadcasting channels, VNA broadcasting channel, Thanh Nien news, Nhan Dan news, Giao Duc Thoi Dai News, etc.,
Interested parties please note that, due to VVOB communication policy, use of any paid advertising and promotion on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp will not be accepted.

We value your experiences and vision on communication. We, therefore, want to hear your advice on suggested communication strategies, operation, and dissemination. The consultancy will work closely with appointed staff(s) of VVOB to discuss and agree on proposed activities and during the implementation of the communication campaign.
