Oxfam in Vietnam is looking for a consultancy service.

Project title: Decent Work and Social Protection - Vietnam

Geographical coverage: Hanoi, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City

Project lifespan: 2017-2021

In the final year of implementation, Oxfam in Vietnam is looking for qualified consultant(s) to conduct final evaluation of the project.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) from evaluators should contain the followings:

• Addressing the recruitment qualifications mentioned above;
• The evaluator’s understanding of TOR ;
• Potential instruments/tools for data collection and analysis;
• Potential methods for participatory verification of draft outcomes;
• Evaluation budget indicating daily rate and any other logistic expenses ;
• A sample report written by the applicant and relevant to the TOR;
• Applicant’s CV.

The EOI should be submitted in English by email to HR.Vietnam@oxfam.org  no later than 7 May 2021. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview.
