The Center of Help for Indigenous value promotion And Sustainable Environment (CHIASE) is a Vietnamese non-government organization. Programs of the Center focus on sustainable improvements in livelihood security and voice of disadvantaged and natural resource-dependent people, especially ethnic minority, who lack access to resources and influence over decisions that affect their lives. CHIASE is now looking for consultancy service to support a participatory forest and land allocation to individual households and communities in two communes in a Northern mountain province in Vietnam.
