Consultancy to Conduct Training of Core Trainers on Active Teaching and Learning for Early Primary Grade Students in Mountainous and Ethnic Minority Areas

A 3 year project titled “Quality Pre-Primary and Primary Education for Ethnic Minority Students in North and Central Regions of Vietnam” with fund from Japan has been implemented by Plan International Vietnam in Lai Chau and Kon Tum since October 2016 and is planned to be implemented until the end of October 2019.

The project is designed to support for the children from the ethnic minority groups in the two province to receive quality preschool and primary school education under the adequate education environment.

We are looking for experienced, qualified and motivated a Vietnamese National consultancy team to conduct 2 TOTs of ATL in close collaboration with Plan International Vietnam staff.

We accept a separate proposal for each TOT or a package proposal for both TOTs. Please find attached TOR for more details.
