Task:

Promotion of further training for specialist teachers and the management of the vocational school in Bac Ninh and other vocational schools in Vietnam in the field of cutting mechanics or industrial electronics, based on German standards and the needs of Industry 4.0.
Development of training and further education materials for the implementation of practical training courses for teachers, trainees and trainees
Training of teachers at vocational schools
Advice on the implementation of cooperation with companies, company training sections, development partnerships with the economy and the qualification of company training staff
Advice on workshop management concepts according to international occupational safety and environmental protection standards as well as the creation of specifications for supplementary equipment
Organization and supervision of the efficient use of the new equipment in the training workshops

Requirements:

Specialist, trainer, practical teacher, master craftsman or engineer in the field of cutting mechanics or industrial electronics
Knowledge in the field of digital transformation of vocational training and Industry 4.0
Good knowledge of information and communication technologies
Strong intercultural and social skills
Good ability to convey specialist topics and methods and to work participatively with partners
Willingness to regularly work at other vocational schools in Vietnam is necessary
Good English knowledge
