CARE is calling for consultant for Pro-WEAI cohort study, this consultancy is focused on applying the Pro-WEAI adapted and implemented in the FT1 and FT3. The data from the pro-WEAI will be used to develop a set of individual case-studies of ethnic minority women participating in the TEAL project over time (2019 – 2021). The technical supports expected are:

• Support research team to execute pro-WEAI data collection
• Conduct data entry and data analysis
• Produce the pro-WEAI report based on findings from 2 rounds of data
