In early 2020, during the elaboration of the current UNESCO Country Strategy in Viet Nam, UNESCO Viet Nam was requested by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, specifically the Viet Nam Sports Administration, to scale up its activities in the area of sport development. Outreach undertaken since this time has revealed the potential scope of partnerships to be significant and, in this regard, UNESCO Hanoi is seeking a consultant who will elaborate the Organization’s initial actions with a view to fund mobilization and partnership.
