And Development In All Areas (Activity Includes Support For Software And Website Development)

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Project in Tra Vinh Province is funded by Global Affairs Canada. The project is implemented from 2014 to 2020. The final objectives of the project are to increase the number and enhance the competitive capacity of SMEs in Tra Vinh.

The project has three components:

• Component 1: Develop SMEs
• Component 2: Build small scale infra - structure works supporting SMEs development.
• Component 3: Build capacity of public sector supporting SMEs development.

Department of Information and Communication in Tra Vinh now invites eligible consulting firms (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Please find the attached ToR for more details.
