Position Title:	Consultant to conduct final Evaluation for the Outcome 2 and 3 of Project “Tackling modern Slavery in Viet Nam”

To enhance the capacity of the government of Viet Nam in prevention and prosecution while providing direct support to potential victims of trafficking, IOM Viet Nam has been implementing a consortium project named “Tackling Modern Slavery from Viet Nam: An Interagency Programme for Behaviour Change, Access to Justice and Reintegration Support” funded by the United Kingdom Home Office since October 2018.

IOM Viet Nam is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to conduct the final evaluation for the Outcome 2 and 3 of the Project. Please refer to the attached TOR for more detailed information.

Proposal may be delivered to the IOM Mission Office in Hanoi at 304 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi or submitted electronically to hanoi@iom.int referring to this Consultancy Notice’s Position Title.
