We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:
- Vacancy: Consultant to conduct TOT Training on Behaviour Change Communication
- Location: Yen Bai
Consultant’s responsibilities:
- Develop training plan and training curriculum (training handout, presentation, guildelines...) (1 day);
- Conduct one four-day training course on BCC for provincial and district trainers in Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province (4 working days + 2 traveling days);
- Prepare and submit training report and recommendation for next plan (1/2 day).
Key Deliverables
One four-day training course on BCC will be conducted for provincial and district officers.
Main competencies required
- Core-trainer 1. Bachelor’s Degree on Medical or Public Health. Master degree/PhD is preferred. 2. At least 10-year working experience in health education and communication. 3. At least 5-year experience in conducting trainings for provincial trainers on BCC in the areas of maternal and newborn care. 4. Have extensive experience and skills in interactive training. 5. Have knowledge in health system in Viet Nam.
- Assistant 1. Bachelor’s Degree on Medical or Public health. 2. At least 5-year working experience in health education and communication. 3. Have experiences on supporting to conduct training courses. 4. Strong competence and experience in BCC trainings. 5. Have knowledge in health system in Viet Nam.
