Consultant to Develop a Short Film Featuring the Results of Project

Project description:

The brighter future for disadvantaged children and youths in Thua Thien Hue project has been implemented from October 2017 and will be ended in November 2020. The project is aimed to decrease the rate of street working children and increase the rate of disadvantaged youths to have decent works in a safety working environment.

Plan International Vietnam is looking for filming consultant to develop a short film featuring the results of project. The film will be used as one of reports to donor as well as to related parties. Please see the TOR attached.

Position: Consultant

Filming location: Thua Thien Hue province

Working period: Within August 2020.
