Through grants, technical support and networking, LIN helps local nonprofit organizations (NPOs) and philanthropists (skilled volunteers and donors) to strengthen and grow so they can fulfill their potential as vehicles for sustainable development, poverty alleviation and citizen participation. 📍 POSITION DESCRIPTION LIN Center for Community Development is seeking a senior candidate for the position of Digital & Social media executive. The person’s primary responsibility is to overall manage all digital touchpoints of LIN; develop, execute and optimize media plans to promote LIN and its activities/ services in social media channels and other platforms. 📍 RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily & campaign Monitoring and Optimizing

Propose, execute, monitor, and optimize the digital campaigns on Facebook, Google, Linkedin, Tik Tok, Youtube, etc. to ensure the campaign’s performance as committed on media plans.
Coordinate with the internal team in setting up digital media campaigns.
Support marcom manager to satisfy all requirements from the management team during campaign execution and make recommendations on the biddable/non-biddable media.
Extract and compile data from various reporting platforms.
Experienced with Google Analytics to analyze, manage the performance of the LIN website.
Manage the performance of email marketing tools and conduct reports.
Conduct digital monthly report/ campaign report and evaluate the overall performance of all platforms & campaigns.
Do other assigned digital tasks by the line manager.

2. Analysis of Data

Perform analysis of campaigns in order to find trends in the data to improve performance of future campaigns.

📍 REQUIREMENTS

Have at least 2 years experience in Digital Marketing/Social media.
Have experience in Google ads, Facebook ads, Zalo ads, TikTok ads, Linkedin Ads, Youtube ads or other platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Google analytics to manage the performance of the website.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
