KOTO (Know One, Teach One) is Vietnam’s first social enterprise, dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk and disadvantaged youth. We provide hospitality training and life skills to empower them with the tools needed for a brighter future.
About the Role
As an English Teacher Intern at KOTO, you will play an integral role in providing English language education to our trainees, helping them to build the language skills necessary for success in the hospitality industry. You will assist our English teaching team in creating an engaging, supportive, and interactive learning environment that enhances trainees\' communication skills. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on teaching experience while contributing to a meaningful social cause.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plan and teach a small group of trainees (English for Hospitality and General English – beginning level)
- Create teaching materials and English resources which can be used during the internship duration and onwards
- Support English teachers in marking, giving feedback to trainees’ documents/homework/ projects
- Translate English to Vietnamese documents and vice versa
- Support study tour activities
- Join the assessment as a guest to create role play scenarios
- Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by Foundation director and training staff
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good at IT skills
Locations & Commitments
- 3 months internship contract
- Full-time
- 8.45 am – 4.15 pm, Monday to Friday
- Phat Tich, Tien Du, Bac Ninh (there is shuttle bus picking up staff at Nguyen Van Cu Street, Long Bien, Hanoi).

- Travel allowance of VND 1 million/month and free lunch provided.
