Role Summary

The Event Intern is, under the guidance of the Event Manager, responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of events organized by the British Chamber of Commerce Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh city.

Job description

Support the HCMC Event Manager in delivering logistics tasks for BritCham Vietnam events in Ho Chi Minh city. This responsibility may include, but not limited to, the following tasks:

Support the execution and report of BritCham Vietnam’s events to ensure a high-quality level of delivery
Support the creation of relevant event materials
Support Event Manager in maintaining communication with all suppliers and responding to enquiries from participants.
Follow up with sponsorship contracts to ensure that it is finalised.
Follow up with the required financial reports and payments for events.

Requirements

University student/graduate with a degree in International Business, Events Management, English or other relevant majors
Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS / TOEFL certification would be a plus)
Strong Vietnamese language skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong initiative and ability to work independently delivering high quality results
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
