Organization Background
KIAT (Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology) was established in 2009 May as a quasi-non-governmental organization under Korea Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. KIAT has been conducting various enterprise support program ranging from industrial technology policy planning to academic-industrial collaboration, local industry promotion, middle-standing enterprises support, technology commercialization, research foundation building, material components industry support, and international technical cooperation. KIAT Vietnam Representative Office cover KIAT activities in Vietnam and ASEAN countries.
Job Summary
· The Senior Staff will coordinate projects with ASEAN countries, compose market reports and support administrative/accounting work, etc. and report directly to the Chief of Representative Office.
Requirements
· Advanced in English languages;
· Minimum 3 years of experience in business, government or NGOs in the fields of marketing, project management is a plus;
· Ability to plan, organizes, and conduct research report according to request;
· Verified track record working with relevant government agencies, industry stakeholders;
· Ability to work to deadline in a fast-paced environment;
· An analytical mind with an openness to new ideas and innovations;
· Excellent time management and multitasking ability
· Excellent computer skills (MS office package, email, database skills, internet);
