Finance Intern/ Thực tập sinh Tài chính (ChildFund Vietnam)

International NGO - ChildFund Vietnam is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Finance Intern (unpaid).

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Job title: Finance Intern; Effective date: ASAP; Department: Finance Department; Location: Hanoi; Reports to: Head of Finance.

2. MAIN DUTIES

• Provide timely advice to the Head of Finance of required transfers to top up impress accounts to facilitate general and project expenditures.
• Prepare payment vouchers.
• Develop and maintain all filing systems for all accounting documents and Financial Reports.
• Maintain office purchases and assets registers. Prepare the project’s monthly financial report & other reports if required.
• Assist the Head of Finance with external and internal audits.
• Input data into Sage Intacct system.

3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• College/University in the relevant field of recruitment position;
• Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
• Excellent computer literacy and experience with computerized information;
• Good understanding of International Accounting Standards and Vietnamese Accounting Systems is preferred.

5. WORK LOCATION & TIME

•  level 5, Vinafor building, 127 Lo Duc, Ha Ba Trung district, Hanoi.
• Work onsite from Monday to Friday (8:30.A.M-5.P.M).
