International NGO - ChildFund Vietnam is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Finance Intern (unpaid).
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Job title: Finance Intern; Effective date: ASAP; Department: Finance Department; Location: Hanoi; Reports to: Head of Finance.
2. MAIN DUTIES
- Provide timely advice to the Head of Finance of required transfers to top up impress accounts to facilitate general and project expenditures.
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Develop and maintain all filing systems for all accounting documents and Financial Reports.
- Maintain office purchases and assets registers. Prepare the project’s monthly financial report & other reports if required.
- Assist the Head of Finance with external and internal audits.
- Input data into Sage Intacct system.
3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- College/University in the relevant field of recruitment position;
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with computerized information;
- Good understanding of International Accounting Standards and Vietnamese Accounting Systems is preferred.
