Full-time Fundraising & Partnership Development Manager

What you’ll do

Manage and grow corporate and school partnerships/sponsorships and related events/activities
Perform research regarding suitable non-profit grants, competitions for cash, and in-kind resources
Write grant applications/proposals and coordinate with other team members for supporting materials.
Generate and distribute reports to sponsors and partners when required
Liaise with in-house services to ensure proper fund management, grant registrations and fulfilment of contractual obligations
Build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships characterized by mutual respect within and outside the organization
Work location: Vietnam. The candidate can work remotely during the pandemic but is highly recommended to work in our office (either in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City) when the situation allows.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of demonstrated experience in partnership role (fundraising, account management, project management, business development, and/or marketing)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Ability to think strategically while detailed oriented to effectively prepare partnership presentations and grant proposals, and then to drive implementation
Highly adaptable to change and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up like environment, with ambiguity, and competing demands
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience raising funds either for non-profits or start-ups (including start-up pitch competitions) preferred
