Fundraising & Partnership Assistant Intern


Position Overview This position is to work with the Fundraising & Partnership Manager in supporting collect grants opportunities, assist fundraising for CHANGE and its activities. The Fundraising & Partnership team will develop funding strategy and its implementation to target both donations from individuals and corporations.    Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
1. Assisting Fundraising activities
  • Support in selling, delivering, tracking merchandise, inventory
  • Organize fundraising events online / offline, community fundraising
2. Translating materials/content
3. Collecting information regarding grant opportunities
4. Other duties as needed or required
  Supervision Received: The Partnership & Fundraising Assistant Intern shall work under the direct supervision of the Fundraising Manager   Rights and Responsibilities: a) Responsibilities:
  • Attending regular meetings or program meetings when requested
  • Performing administrative responsibilities: providing necessary documents to Operations department when proposing to claim the expenses for the projects
  • Committing to complying with the “General Regulations” at CHANGE.
b) Rights:
  • Managing, coordinate all tasks related to assigned projects.
  • Requesting the assistance, supporting of other departments to ensure the progress, quality, efficiency and safety of the projects
  • Contributing ideas, proposals to Manager on issues related to the project to increase performance of projects, campaigns.
  Qualifications & Skills: a) Qualifications & Experiences
  • Majoring in languages, international relations, social studies, social sciences, business administration, marketing is preferred
  • Experiences in customer services, sales, copywriting, translating documents, social activities
b) Skills 
  • Communicating well in Vietnam and English verbally, including speaking and writing 
  • Thinking critically and solving problems  
  • Working in a team and as individuals, collaborating with departments and with external partners.
  • Doing research online, compiling information and writing summary
  • Performing tasks efficiently on the MOS office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint  
c) Qualities
  • Forward-thinking, creative, and meticulous 
  • Inquisitive, responsible, can-do attitude
  • Active and participatory
