Position Overview:

The Fundraising Intern, working closely with the Fundraising and Partnership Team, will play a pivotal role in supporting revenue generation efforts through the exploration and engagement of potential grant funders. This includes researching and identifying prospective funders.

The Fundraising Intern will focus on supporting revenue generation initiatives, with a specific emphasis on advancing skill development programs, livelihoods, agriculture allied training, women empowerment, ESG initiatives, and entrepreneurship. This role requires strategic thinking, an interest in fundraising, effective communication skills, and a commitment to the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising Strategy:

Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising plan aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing skill development, livelihoods, agriculture allied training, women empowerment, ESG, and entrepreneurship.

2. Grant Management:

Support the identification, research, and application for grants from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources supporting skill development, livelihoods, and related initiatives.

3. Communication and Marketing:

Aid in the development of compelling fundraising materials, including grant proposals, donor appeals, and marketing collateral, highlighting the impact on skill development and related areas.
Collaborate with the communication team to ensure a consistent and effective message across all channels.

4. Partnership Development:

Assist in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and stakeholders within Vietnam and internationally, fostering collaboration in skill development, livelihoods, and related sectors.
Contribute to leveraging partnerships to enhance fundraising opportunities and support for the organization's mission.
