- Train arts professionals and reinforce the facility’s capacity;
- Initiate cultural art education in the Children Culture Center;
- Improve awareness of Cultural Rights.
- Train art teachers and improve education institute;
- Manage Cultural Art classes;
- Plan the workshop and performance through campaign management.
- Planning and development;
- Defining the detail of the project scope;
- Developing priorities and objectives for each program element (formal education, non-formal education, teacher training, arts programming);
- Creating a 1-3 year road map and action plan;
- Setting and overseeing an annual workplan and budget;
- Identifying and securing resources needed for project implementation;
- Documenting clearly the frameworks and procedures for the project, to ensure effective delivery;
- Partnerships and networks;
- Developing and implementing productive relationships with local and international culture and arts institutions, government agencies and service providers;
- Building and engaging an alliance of implementing partners;
- Developing clear terms of reference with partners;
- Project Implementation;
- Supervise the development of curriculum and accompanying resources;
- Supervise the sourcing, orientation and training of arts instructors;
- Sourcing partnerships and providers for arts programming;
- Overseeing use of the project space (head office and arts workshop facility);
- Supervising project monitoring;
- Evaluating project activities and approaches and adjusting implementation strategies accordingly;
- Representing M4one, and in particular this project, to the public (e.g. with Ministries and for press);
- Supporting fundraising for this program;
- Attendance at regular team meetings and all staff retreats;
- Following M4one’s internal policies and procedures;
- Being a good ambassador for the arts and a good supporter of the arts community.

- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Computer literate;
- Proactive nature.
- 5-7 years of progressive, professional experience in management;
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, international policies, development or another relevant field;
- Strategic thinker and creative problem solver;
- Experienced program manager, able to supervise teams and subcontractors;
- Strong communicator, able to engage and negotiate with stakeholders;
- Fluent written and spoken Vietnamese;
- Native level of written and spoken English.
- Interest in arts essential, experience in arts education desirable;
- Professional knowledge and experience of education and schools in Vietnam;
- Experience of arts and culture, and commitment to creativity;
- Able to communicate in Korean.
- Starting salary: $800-$1,000 per month
- Salary review: Annually in December
- Probation period: 3 months
- Leave entitlement: 12 days per annum
