Care for Children’s vision to see a “World of Children in Families” requires passion and commitment in ensuring key funds are raised, enabling the most vulnerable children around the globe have the opportunity of growing up in a loving family.

About Income Generator :

The role can be home based with frequent requirements to be in our Norwich office to attend meetings. This role will be part of our headquarters team that serves the organisation worldwide.

If successful you will be asked to develop our key global fundraising strategies, to reach challenging targets and developing our network of fundraising offices in USA, Hong Kong and China.

Someone with significant experience in raising both corporate and institutional funding coupled with a desire to make a difference, the ideal candidate should have multiyear experience within the non-profit sector and be a target-driven individual. Experience in building key relationships and an ability to influence the key decision makers are vital for this role. Other attributes would include a keen eye for detail, the ability to think both creatively and strategically, and strong leadership qualities.

Care for Children serves within the Christian sector, the nature of the work requires that this post holder has an active faith in Jesus under the Equality Act 2010, Part 1, Schedule 9.

Remuneration :

Salary Range depending on experience circa £55k- £60k pa
