Duties

The Information Management Assistant (IMA) has daily responsibility to assist in the support of client workstations, servers, and related equipment, provide help-desk support and assist in user training in all computer software and systems applications for both American and locally-employed staff.  The IMA, by having system administration rights, plays a vital role in day-to-day help desk operations given that local staff do not have this right.  The IMA has primary responsibility for classified pouch at post.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements: At least two years of progressively responsible experience in teaching technical subjects or working in an IT support environment. Education Requirements: College or University degree in a math, science, or technical field is required
Evaluations: This may be tested.

LANGUAGE: Fluency level Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
