Intern for the Trade Section (The Embassy of Peru in Vietnam)

Job Description:

The Embassy of Peru in Vietnam is looking for 𝟎𝟏 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 as follows:
  • Location: Hanoi
  • Working time: half-day shifts from Monday to Friday
  • Duration: 22nd March - 22nd May 2024
  • Deadline for application: 12th March 2024

Role and responsibilities:

Assist in providing assistance to Peruvian government entities and Peruvian companies in their trade promotion activities in Vietnam. This includes:
  1. Market research & partner searches.
  2. Prepare briefing, presentations and other materials for trade section’s activities.
  3. Assist in organizing visit programs, conferences and other trade promotion activities held by the Embassy.
  4. Other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Have good communication skills, strong in computer skills and research skills.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese, Spanish is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, hard-working and available over time during the peak season;
  • Can work 20 hours a week (half-day shifts, flexible schedule from Monday to Friday):
    • Morning: 08:30 AM – 12:30 AM
    • Afternoon: 01:30 PM – 05:30 PM
